1) Refund Procedure
SMM Tejarat operates as an automated platform. Once an order is placed, it may start processing immediately with our service providers. Therefore:
- Not yet processed: Orders can be cancelled and refunded to your SMM Tejarat wallet.
- Processing started or completed: Cancellation is not possible. Delivered orders are non-refundable.
- Undelivered within 24 72 hours: Refunds are automatically credited to your wallet.
2) Incorrect or Off-Site Payments
If a payment was made in error, for instance via an external transfer outside the SMM Tejarat platform, we perform the following verification:
- Confirm whether funds were credited to your SMM Tejarat wallet or sent externally.
- Verification is typically completed within 24 hours, with a maximum of 72 hours.
- Once verified, eligible refunds are applied to your wallet.
Note: Actual bank or card processing times may vary depending on the provider.
3) Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available for:
- Change of mind after placing an order.
- Orders that have been fully delivered or marked as completed by the service provider.
- Incorrect or private links, or instructions preventing delivery.
- Use of multiple or third-party tools that affect service quality or counts.
4) Delivery Timeframes
Each service displays an estimated start time and delivery speed. If your order has not started or completed within the stated window, contact support for review.
- Typical start window: 0–12 hours (service dependent)
- Review period: 24 hours (maximum 72 hours)
- Refund method: Credited to SMM Tejarat wallet
5) Wallet Refunds
Approved refunds are credited directly to your SMM Tejarat wallet. Wallet balance can be used for future purchases across the platform. Assistance with applying wallet credits is available through our support team.
6) Disputes & Chargebacks
Opening a dispute or initiating a chargeback without contacting SMM Tejarat support may result in temporary account suspension while the issue is investigated. Inauthentic interactions delivered to third-party platforms may also be removed to comply with platform policies.
7) Fraud, Abuse & Misconduct
Any fraudulent activity including use of stolen cards, fake payment evidence, or abusive behavior toward support staff may result in immediate account suspension. We prioritize platform integrity to protect all users.
8) System Usage Guidelines
Avoid placing the same order simultaneously through multiple tools or services. Parallel usage can affect processing accuracy and speed, and such cases are not eligible for refunds.

10) PayFast Payment Refunds
- Include the payment receipt and your SMM Tejarat username when reaching out.
