SMM Tejarat Terms & Conditions
By accessing or using SMM Tejarat (the “Platform”), you agree to the following terms and policies.
Legal Notice: This document reflects our compliance with relevant laws, platform regulations, and consumer protection standards. Your use of our services implies understanding and acceptance of these terms, as well as our privacy, refund, delivery, and processing policies.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering or using SMM Tejarat, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and any future updates. You also confirm that your activities comply with the rules of third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and others.
Eligibility & Authorized Use
You must be at least 18 years old or meet the legal age of consent in your jurisdiction. Accounts involved in fraudulent, spam, or illegal activity will be suspended. Verification of identity or address (KYC/AML) may be required if suspicious behavior is detected.
Account Responsibilities
Keep your account information accurate and login credentials secure. All communication regarding orders or issues should be conducted via SMM Tejarat support or verified contact channels.
Compliance & Prohibited Activity
Do not use SMM Tejarat to post illegal or policy-violating content. Prohibited uses include pornography, hate speech, gambling, illegal drugs, weapons, fake engagement, impersonation, political manipulation, or scams. Users are responsible for ensuring that campaigns comply with local and international laws.
Orders & Delivery
Orders are processed automatically with our service providers upon placement. Cancellation is possible only before the service enters automated processing. Accounts, pages, or posts must remain public and unchanged during delivery. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to platform conditions or provider performance. Completion is defined as successful delivery of the requested quantity.
Service Limitations
Engagement quality and retention are dependent on external providers. SMM Tejarat ensures delivery of the requested metric (followers, likes, views, etc.) but cannot guarantee organic or long-term engagement. Placing simultaneous orders on the same link may void guarantees or eligibility for refunds.
Refill & Drops
Refills apply only to services labeled “Refill.” In case of drops, submit a support ticket before placing new orders. Refill eligibility is void if you modify account settings, links, or privacy settings during service.
Pricing & Taxes
Service rates may change at any time based on market or provider conditions. Users are responsible for any applicable taxes or payment gateway fees. Charges reflect the rate at the time of purchase.
Payments & Chargebacks
Only authorized payments should be made. Fraudulent transactions may result in permanent account suspension. Unjustified chargebacks or disputes may result in suspension and reversal of delivered metrics. Mistaken or off-platform transfers are reviewed and refunded as wallet credit if applicable.
Refunds & Wallet Credits
Orders that have not yet begun may be canceled and refunded. Services that have started or completed are non-refundable. If a service fails to deliver within 24–72 hours, a wallet credit may be issued after review. Refunds are issued as SMM Tejarat Wallet credits, not to external accounts. Refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
API & Fair Use
API keys are for personal or authorized business use only. Abuse, scraping, reverse engineering, or exceeding fair use limits may result in account termination.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, content, and code on SMM Tejarat are property of SMM Tejarat or its licensors. Users must hold rights to any content or links submitted.
Privacy & Data Handling
Limited personal and usage data is collected to deliver and improve services. Data may be shared with trusted third-party providers solely to fulfill services. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Security & Downtime
We implement reasonable measures to protect data but cannot guarantee full security. Scheduled maintenance or provider issues may result in temporary downtime. SMM Tejarat is not responsible for outages caused by platform bans, policy changes, or external events.
Disclaimer & Liability
Services are provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties. SMM Tejarat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Users must ensure compliance with all platform and legal requirements.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes are subject to Sindh courts unless your jurisdiction specifies otherwise. Support resolution should be attempted prior to pursuing legal action.
Updates to Terms
SMM Tejarat may revise these terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the revision date. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
